At Farmers Fresh, we believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and have therefore established a liberal cancellation and refund policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased through our mobile application ("App") and website www.farmers-fresh.com ("Site").

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team through the App or by emailing support@farmers-fresh.com.

2.2 Perishable Items

  • Farmers Fresh does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like fruits, vegetables, flowers, and other eatables after they have been processed for delivery.
  • However, refund/replacement can be made if you establish that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Damaged or Defective Items

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery.
  • The request will be entertained once our quality team has verified the complaint.
  • Please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective products to help us process your request efficiently.

3.2 Product Quality Issues

  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service on the same day of receiving the product.
  • Our Customer Service Team, after reviewing your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Process

  • In case of any refunds approved by Farmers Fresh, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refund amount will include the price of the product and applicable taxes. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation was due to an error on our part.

4.2 Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credits or replacements as an alternative to monetary refunds.

5. Warranty Products

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.
  • Farmers Fresh will provide necessary purchase documentation to help you claim manufacturer warranties.

6. Exceptions

  • During special sales, festivals, or promotional periods, specific refund and cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Custom or made-to-order products may have different cancellation and refund policies, which will be specified at the time of order.

7. Changes to Policy

Farmers Fresh reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our App and Site. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
